Class Registration Policy

Space in classes is granted on a first come first served basis. There are no registration

deadlines. Full payment is due at the time of registration. When we receive a registration

we send a confirmation email that includes a link to the reading list and other preparation

suggestions plus hotel lists, information about parking and directions to the class location.

Tuition is refundable up to 30 days prior to a scheduled class start date. Refunds are made

to the original form of payment. If it has been more than a year since the original

transaction, the refund will be made via PayPal. All refunds are subject to a 6% service

charge. There are no refunds given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to a

scheduled class start date, but the tuition may be applied to a future class. Students may

transfer to a future class at any time. Transfers are not subject to a service charge.

Class registrations are non-transferable.

In consideration for being permitted to study with Teresa Robertson LMT, CST, LLC), use of facilities and equipment where the class is being held, avail myself of Teresa Robertson’s services, and assistants I agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by them and I hereby release Teresa Robertson LMT, CST, LLC and assistants, agents or representatives (the “Releasees”) from all liability to the undersigned, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all present and future claims for any loss, damage, theft of personal property, personal injury, bodily injury or death, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, arising as a result of my use of Teresa Robertson’s facilities or equipment, participation in any of their classes or programs or receipt of any Teresa Robertson’s services, including personal training services 

(collectively, “TR activities”). I further waive and covenant not to sue Releasees for any 

such claims. I understand and acknowledge the nature and extent of my Teresa Robertson LMT, CST, LLC activities, are voluntarily. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or cost, including attorneys’ fees, that may incur due to my use of Teresa Robertson LMT, CST, LLC facilities or equipment, or participation in any of their classes or programs, or receipt of any Teresa Robertson LMT, CST, LLC services, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise 

Washington County, Oregon. I affirm that I am of legal age and am freely signing this 

Agreement. I have read this Agreement and fully understand that I am giving up legal 

rights and remedies that I might have now or in the future.

The goal is to ensure everyone’s safety.

1. If you are sick, do not attend class.

2. If you are recently recovering please consider wearing a medical grade mask (these will be provided).

3. Students will sanitize massage tables and equipment surfaces between uses (sanitizer will be provided).

4.  Students are issued their own personal linens to use when they are on a bodywork table.

5. Be diligent about hand sanitizing before and after touching another student and the practice person.

6. If the instructor develops symptoms of ANY illness during class, class will

immediately be canceled. Students will be given the opportunity to repeat the class

at no cost.

symptoms develop or at least 5 days after you have a positive COVID-19 test. Day 0 is the

first day of symptoms or the day of the first positive test. Day 6 would be the first day on

which you would potentially be eligible to attend clinic. You must also test negative for

COVID-19 for two days in a row at least 24 hours apart to be admitted to clinic after an

infection.

We are absolutely diligent about hand-washing and other infection prevention procedures

such as always wearing masks. We have hand sanitizer and soap and water in the clinic. We

encourage you to use them. We sanitize massage tables, yoga mats, chairs, sheets, towels,

pillow cases, massage tables and other things that come into contact with people after each

use.

Craniosacral Therapists trained by Teresa Robertson LMT, CST, LLC and their assistants must:

Maintain the highest standards of the profession.

Serve only the clientele they are trained or certified and legally licensed in.

Accurately represent their competence, education, training, licenses, certifications and

experience.

Assume personal and professional responsibility to do their best.

Foster safety and trust in the client-professional relationship.

Implement the core values of caring, respect, compassion, appropriate boundaries, and

appropriate use of personal power.

Act as an advocate for their clients and their client’s needs.

Support and respect the client’s right and responsibility for self-determination in making

health care choices.

Do not engage in or condone practices that discriminate on the basis of clinical diagnosis,

disability, lifestyle, sexual orientation, race, gender, ethnicity, religion, age, and

socioeconomic background.

Obtain informed consent for modalities practiced per your state licensing regulations.

Protect client privacy and the therapist-client relationship at all times.

Respect the client’s right to refuse, modify or terminate treatment regardless of prior

consent given.

Craniosacral Therapy does not require the client to remove clothing.

Respect the client’s emotional and belief boundaries.

Do not engage in sexual intimacies with clients.

Reserve the right to refuse to serve prospective clients.

Make no false or misleading statements regarding Teresa Robertson LMT, CST, LLC and it’s trainings.
